The washer has stopped turning on so I'm not getting an error code? How do I get a code or does it ha e a master reset

My husband connected the hoses so it wouldn’t leak anymore but now we have a new problem where washer barely puts in any water (just a drop) to start the wash and then the LO FL error pops up. I made sure the water is on both hot and cold and that it comes out of the hoses, and there are no kinks or clogs either. I’m not sure why it is doing that.
