 Keep Osceola Safe

The Osceola School Board is committed to the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors. The Osceola School District has detailed comprehensive safety and emergency plans for every site, and all schools regularly conduct various drills, such as fire drills, severe weather drills, and intruder drills, to prepare students for an emergency.

Let's Talk with the Osceola School District

The Osceola School District is committed to engaging all stakeholders in the education of our children. Only when we build strong relationships with our staff, students, families and community members can we best meet the needs of each and every student.

Principal's Message

Dear Neptune Family Neptune has a rich tradition of success and has been a model of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics. My goal as principal of Neptune is to work alongside our dedicated team of teachers and staff to continue to increase student achievement while providing a safe learning environment for all students. Since our mission is to provide education that inspires all students to achieve their highest potential, we will remain focused on setting high expectations and providing the necessary support for every child, every chance, every day! Please take note of our start and end times. Unless your child is enrolled in the YMCA before school program which opens at 7:00 am, student drop off can be no earlier than 9:00 AM with classes beginning at 9:30. Along with free breakfast for all students, I am happy to let you know that all Neptune Middle School students will continue to receive free lunch as well. Our dismissal time is 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday while Wednesday is early release with dismissal at 3:30 pm. Please ensure your child knows how they are getting home each day. A student’s experience at Neptune is enhanced through the support of the community and I invite you to get involved in your child’s education by becoming a SAC member and/or an OASIS Volunteer. I am looking forward to building a strong partnership with all stakeholders as we work together to support our students and help them succeed. It’s going to be a great year at Neptune Middle School!
